The old passages describe Heavenly Treasury through stores, accumulated wealth, household foundations, land, and resources protected from loss. A responsible modern reading broadens the image without erasing its material root: a vault is any reserve that can be maintained, accounted for, and released at the right time. Storage has value only when what is kept remains usable.

Treasury Star belongs to the nine-yang group. The adopted table places it in Temple state in Serpent and Horse, Prosperous in Boar, and Supported in Hare and Goat. The individual-star discussion also calls Serpent Prosperous. That wording remains an explicit variant rather than being merged into the adopted table. Supported footing is context, not a promise of accumulation.
